Painting is in fine condition and surface is stable. Under blacklight inspection, painting has minor inpainting on the right side from frame rubbing as well as the top. There are pinpoints of inpainting along the horizon line under the tree on right and to the right of the tree at top. Two small areas (less than half an inch) of inpainting two inches in and four inches up from the right corner. Repair to upper left. Signature is strong and does not fluoresce. Framed without glazing measuring 41 x 36 inches.
